Oro Pizza Deliziosa Flour
This flour is born from the desire to create a cereal pizza with special aromas and a unique taste. A special blend with soft wheat flour to which barley, oats, corn, flax, sesame, soy and rye are added. The seeds in the dough guarantee an extra note of flavor, keeping the dough easily workable.
Recommended use
We recommend using the Oro Pizza Deliziosa flour for fridge maturation for a minimum of 72 hours. This flour is suitable for direct and indirect doughs.
