The shipping is always free for orders with pickup at the store Buteghe dal Mulin – Trivignano Udinese, via Palma 40. After receiving the confirmation email to proceed with the pickup, we will wait for you to pick up your order from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
From the date of the order's dispatch, the Products will be delivered within 5 days from the date of full payment.
It is up to you to verify the conditions of the delivered Product. While the risk of loss or damage to the Product, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, is transferred when you or a third party designated by you and different from the carrier, materially takes possession of the Product, the Seller recommends that you check the number of Products received and that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including the closure materials, and invites you, in your interest, to indicate any anomalies on the carrier's transport document, accepting the package with a reservation. In case the package shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, it is advisable to promptly notify the Seller. In any case, the rules regarding the right of withdrawal (if applicable to the Product) and legal conformity warranty remain in force.
