Autentica Flour
Type 0 flour obtained from the milling of high-quality short-chain Friulian grains and subsequent sifting.
Autentica flour has earned the IOSONOFVG product certification as it is 100% produced from wheat grown, harvested, and stored in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.
Recommended use
We recommend using Autentica flour for direct and indirect doughs such as olive oil bread, sandwich bread, rustic bread, and loaves. This flour has good water absorption capacity and is ideal for refrigerated fermentation for 24-48 hours.

W 300-330. The strength index (W) is to be considered an indication for determining the best use of the product.
