Type 0 soft wheat flour from organic Italian wheat, dedicated to healthy nutrition for adults and children from 3 years of age.

AmorBimbi flour was developed following a research project with the Italian National Institute of Health. The production chain complies with the UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 standard - Traceability in agri-food supply chains. The product is certified for the absence of pesticides and glyphosate, and for the control of mycotoxin reduction.
