Type 00 Flour obtained from the milling of national and foreign strength grains and subsequent grinding.
Recommended Use
We recommend using Brown Type 00 Flour for direct and indirect doughs for bakery and pastry. This flour is suitable for maturation in a fridge cell of 48 hours or, alternatively, outside the fridge cell of 24 hours.
Strength
W 260 - 290. The strength index (W) is to be considered as a statement to define the best use of the product.
Medium long. Suitable for 48-hour cold storage maturation or, alternatively, 24-hour out of cold storage.
Pack 25 kg. Store in a dry and ventilated place avoiding direct contact with walls and floor
